About Us
Lido Isle is an exclusive and picturesque island community with approximately 880 homes located in the heart of Newport Beach, California in the middle of beautiful Newport Bay. Lido Isle offers a unique and relaxing residential lifestyle and environment.
As an owner on Lido Isle you are a member of the Lido Isle Community Association. If you are a resident located on the water or on the island, you are able to enjoy numerous private amenities including the Clubhouse (available for private parties, weddings, club events), a private bay beach, snack bar (with seasonal hours of operating) and a dock for residents only with a reservation.
In addition to the private beach, a newly renovated grassy fenced-in park with a gas bbq, picnic tables and large sail for shade. This park connects to a tot lot playground. An additional larger playground is located on the water with new updated state of the art playground equipment. Three lighted tennis courts; a pickleball court/basketball court is also available by first come first serve or reservation.
For those boat enthusiasts, there are three dry boat storage areas, 29 wet boat slips and 45 moorings for rent upon availability.
There are several social clubs available to join such as the nationally recognized Lido Isle Yacht Club (incorporated in 1928) thru the Yacht Club is the junior sailing program. In addition there is The Tennis, Women’s and Men’s Clubs. These clubs offer year-round activities and social events for island residents.
The lido Islander (published by LICA) is a monthly newsletter providing updates about the community, events and activities.
With its beautiful, unique and relaxing island environment, boat facilities, amenities and activities and close proximity to local beaches, shops and restaurants, Lido Isle is truly one of Newport Beach’s premier residential communities.
LIDO ISLE AMENITIES

PLANNING A REMODEL?
The Lido Isle Architectural Committee is responsible for the review and approval of any exterior modifications, replacements or additions to structures (including buildings, appurtenances, walls, landscaping structures and plantings) on Lido Isle properties. ACTIVITIES
Lido Isle offers many events and clubs for its residents. Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, Kayaking, Paddle boarding and Sailing are some of the fun activities on LIdo Isle. No short term (less than 30 days) rentals are permissible without a permit from the City of Newport Beach.
